TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
All payments are handled by either Shopify Payments, or PayPal. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
Our website does not store or transfer any credit card information. Shopify Payments and PayPal handle card information and use technology that allows the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.
Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. If no payment has been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order.

PROMO CODES
Promo codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email as it serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
DELIVERY AND TAXES
Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, there are a few limitations. Delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to an urban area. WARRANTY
Warranty for our products is 24 months for watches and 12 months for jewelry from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal, clasp).
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- the life of the watch battery;
- or normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, Velcro; peeling of the plating);
- any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Annie Rosewood;
- indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the Annie Rosewood watch;
- Annie Rosewood products handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in its original condition beyond Annie Rosewood e.g. for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer
To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please contact our customer care. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watch strap or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting our customer service within 30 days from receiving the goods. Goods must be unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to Annie Rosewood.
In an unlikely event of the delivery being delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order.
In the event where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Annie Rosewood by email.
If a product has been discontinued, Annie Rosewood has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Our customer care will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
COMPLAINTS
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form.
Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. When returning defective products to Annie Rosewood, they should be treated as if they were faultless. It is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.
Annie Rosewood has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund (delivery costs are not refundable).
